King Ghazi the first bridge

It was built in 1934 over the river Tigris, joining a main street of the old city (Nineveh Street), to the other part of the city on the other side of the river…the they changed the name after a political change to the iron bridge of Nineveh

From it you can see part of the old city,
and you can see also many young boys working as carriers of merchandise for the trade men… the heavy goods are carried by a hand pulled 3 wheel wooden boxes,

while the light goods are carried over the head…
do these boys go to school? Many don't go to school these days…
