When you go to the sides you found markets in the narrow ways between the buildings where the ceiling is made up of thin sheets of metal or old clothes....
Water flow through the small tunnels in the street carrying waste products..

Dr. Sami, I just want you to know I read your blog all the time. I wonder at your optimism and your ability to find love in the middle of all the horror. I can't even imagine what it must be like to one of your patients in Iraq at this time. Is there anything we could do for you?
